How to cast local to server when remote

I'm trying to cast to a chromecast that is local to the server while I am remote(not on the same network) and when I try casting via the Android app cast icon it does not see any cast targets.

 

Is it possible to do This?

No, the casting device needs to be on the same network as the Chromecast.
