Question about my file permissions

no matter what I do Witcher only shows 1 episode.. even though I have all the episodes..

i have refreshed the metadata..restart server... put in episode in at a time and refresh.. still only shows 1 episode.. ideas??

 

i have them named as followed:

 folder witcher [2019]

 witcher s01e01.mkv  to witcher s01e08.mkv

 

however.. on my plex it shows all the episodes

Make a season folder

 

 

witcher [2019]\Season 1\S01E01 etc

ugh.. sorry.. i forgot to put that in

it goes

folder witcher [2019]

  folder season 01

  episodes witchers0e01 to witcher s01e08

 

so yes i do have that folder structure

Do all files same the same permissions?

 

Just as a test try renaming s01e02 to 1x02 and see if it get picked up
