DigitalFool 0 Posted January 2, 2020 Posted January 2, 2020 I setup up a Dolby Atmos intro to play before each movie. It works on my phone, works on embedded TV apps, but does not play on my Roku app. Just goes directly to the movie. Is this a known issue? Side note, also does not play intro when I cast to my Oppo.
Luke 42077 Posted January 3, 2020 Posted January 3, 2020 Side note, also does not play intro when I cast to my Oppo. Hi, it's not supported over Dlna.

Did you make sure to turn on the Cinema Intros feature in the Roku app? 1
DigitalFool 0 Posted January 5, 2020 Author Posted January 5, 2020 Didn’t realize there was an extra option. Works, thanks!
Luke 42077 Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 This is on by default by the way, so the only way it would have come to be off is if you disabled it.
jeramiah 1 Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 I'm glad I found this forum. It looks like there is in fact a setting within the Emby app inside of Roku. However, it's not turned on by default. Mine says that in order to enable it, you must have an Emby Premiere subscription. I would like to ask a quick question. I paid for the upgrade through my iphone, but it looks like the app on roku doesn't reflect this since I'm unable to enable the cinema intro. I'm using the same account in both places. Who do I speak to about that? Is what I paid for not the subscription? Sorry for the confusion.
