Boxsets Not Showing Metadata

Hi,

 

When I upload a bunch of movies from say for instance F/Movies/2019Movies or F/Movies/2018Movies everything is uplaoding and metadata is showing perfectly

 

But when i'm uploading my collections from F/Movies/Boxsets/DieHardCollection no metedata shows for these movies. It's the same for all my collections i am trying to add. I left an image below. Is it the way i have them grouped on my hard drive that's causing this ?

Hi, it's probably due to your file naming. Have you compared your file names to our recommended movie naming guidelines?

Yep it was the way i named my files, seems to be working OK now, thank you !
