MBC and content added notification

Is there any way to turn off the content added notification while watching tv/movies.  I find it distracting while I'm watching, yes it only for a second or two, but I would prefer it not there at all.

can you check within the mbc configuration (tabs across the top and lots of options)??..  for this checkbox shown in the attached image.. i dont get those notifications since this option was added and i disabled it

Not at home but that looks like the option I was looking for, must have be added and checked by default as I don't remember it happening before.

Notifications have had their scope expanded on the server. MBC is probably just taking advantage of those changes.

The new player interface is what allows us to show those there now.  We also support sending custom messages from another client.  e.g. "Hey, kids - dinner is ready, shut it down..."
