Can't Connect to Emby with Android App

I just installed a free Emby server, and i can't connect from Android. Is there something i need to configure to be able to access the server from Android? I'm on the same local network as the server, but it's not connecting. Any help is appreciated.

I get a connection failure with "We're unable to connect to selected server right now" error message.

Have you tried the web app from the android device?

Yep, I tried the web app and Xbox one. None of them work. It starts at a page that shows 2 servers with the same name. It appears as if when I tried Emby a year ago it kept that server in there. I've got a new PC, but it's the same name so it's showing up as 2 different servers. Clicking on either one of them gives me the error. And entering my IP address gives me the same error too whether in the Android app, Xbox one, or web app.

I figured it out. Windows Firewall was blocking it. I didn't realize i needed to enable "Public" access. Once i disabled that block i was able to connect.
