Change bar color

Does anyone know how I can change the color bar in browser version?

Looks like it would the the appfooter in the mobile layout.

 

 

So I would assume

div.appfooter-withbackdropfilter {background: Your setting;}

Is that arrow suppose to be pointing to the blue footer (dockedtabs) or something else that I can not see?

 

Also that footer only applies to mobile layouts, and the color is theme prevalent.

I was successful in altering by editing the theme file. Thank you very much
