Folder Primary Images gone again 4.3.0.30

This seems to be an ongoing problem, every month I have to go into Metadata Manager and upload my Primary Folder images again.

 

This is my folder structure:

 

Movies 

--- Horror

--- Series

------ Game of Thrones

------ Last Man Standing

------ Vikings 

------ The Walking Dead

------ War of the Worlds

------ etc etc

 

--- Viewed Movies

--- Bond

--- War

--- Western

 

Under the Movies folder I have the images for  Horror, Series, Viewed Movies, Bond, War and Western

I have also put an Image copy in each folder, but they still revert back to and image grab from the first Video in the folder.

 

Is there a setting I can turn Off/On to keep my chosen Folder Art???

 

I have also included the latest Emby Log.EmbyLog031219.rtf

Thanks for the quick reply, I have the same Images in This Folder and a copy in each Sub Folder.

The folders themselves need image inside them in order for the image to be applied to the folder. 

 

Naming applies also.

Sorry didn't read all the first post, if the image within the folder is not working, how are they named?

Should I rename my Images the same name as the folder...

 

eg:  Folder _Horror

I always use poster.jpg or folder.jpg, but in a quick test foldernamed image worked.

I have just renamed all my images to Folder Name.jpg so how can I force it to refresh to see if it works?

A normal library scan or Scan library files on the folder.

That did the trick, I renamed all my Images to the same name as the folder and sub folders. hopefully all is good from now on.

Yea I would just do folder.ext inside and you should be fine. Or poster.ext.
