Deleting individual Collections

Am I able to delete individual collections versus the entire folder?

I can  what I do is I stop the server do my changes in the folders its self and then start the sever again (sever should pick up changes after restart). This might not be the way to do it, but it works for me.

Not sure I understand the distinction... what entire folder?  A collection is a folder containing other items so I'm a little confused about what you are after.

Does the user you are logged into have the correct permissions? If the user doesn't have edit/delete permisions then that user won't see the delete button.

Users -> Profile -> Feature Access -> Allow this user to delete library content

I turned that off so i don't delete Shows or movies by mistake

This is an old post now but on server version 3.0.5781.0. I've set the Users -> Profile -> Feature Access as ebr states but the Delete button doesn't show up. If i delete from the web interface the option is there but the server take a really long time to recover
