atomicmoon 152 Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 I haven't been able to dive under the hood locally, but in a nutshell, my server needed manually restarted, and after restarting the app, all of my network attached storage devices are connected, but libraries are completely empty. Just curious is if this was isolated, or if others have had similar scenarios since the update. I'm hoping to look more into it when I can get home, but figured I'd throw a line out while it's fresh.
Codeh 7 Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 I had to remove the trailing slash on each media path and rescan to get my media to display again.
atomicmoon 152 Posted November 23, 2019 Author Posted November 23, 2019 Was that recent Codeh? I'm trying to find what the difference between my libraries are. It's only my movies and TV shows that are on the same NAS. Everything else is connected locally and showing up as normal.
Solution Codeh 7 Posted November 23, 2019 Solution Posted November 23, 2019 I had to change my media path from /media/movies/ to /media/movies 1
atomicmoon 152 Posted November 23, 2019 Author Posted November 23, 2019 I'm noticing both trouble folders have the "/" at the end, so removing on my movie drive and re-scanning. The weird thing is, Pushbullet is sending me notifications that all my movies are being added during the scans, but no files are there. I'll report back. Thank you for your reply!
atomicmoon 152 Posted November 23, 2019 Author Posted November 23, 2019 All media is now appearing back in the libraries. Yikes, what a fun scare.
Codeh 7 Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Yeah seriously, I was in the middle of watching a series when it all disappeared
