DMCA Message

So, I recently ripped a purchased CD of King Crimson to my NAS and tagged it all myself with embedded art. However when I play the album on Emby, it comes up with the message:

“We apologize, but this artist has served us with a DMCA request to take down any and all artwork associated with them”

That’s pretty clear in general, but a couple of questions:

1) Is it blocking the use of my embedded artwork? Is there a way I can override this with my own scanned artwork rather than (what I assume is happening) trying to download it from your servers which is what I guess is covered by the DMCA?

2) Is it possible to simply remove that hideous message and just have no artwork for albums that have DMCA action.

This is on an NVIDIA Shield.

Thanks for the help.

Hi, try using the web app to customize the image manually.

It's just one of the available images (FanArt). Choose the other one. It's been out there for ages & Emby defaults to the 1st returned image.

Sorry for the crappy resolution... old image for an old problem.

King Crimson won't let anyone use their images. Allmusic had to stop using them a long time ago. If they ever tell me to stop I'll just delete their albums. They're not that good, anyway.
