The Fanart source link Emby uses is unreachable.

When I remove the “assets.” in the link and open it with my browser, it loaded in a blink of second.

There are other topics on this, but the issue needs to be raised at Fanart.tv.  It is their api that is having issues (it is hit and miss when they are having issues).  It is their documented method of getting preview images.
