Hi

I have registered and valid emby premier subscription but don't know hwy in the right top corner I'm still getting this "buy emby premier" in green button.

This also confused my users because they don't know if this is message for them, etc.

After login to server or player this message is gone.

Thanks,

If you're not logged in how could it know you have Premiere?

Premiere is for the server so if registered then it knows

Hi.  I'm confused as well because you said:

Exactly when and where are you seeing this message?  Also, be sure your key and the browser are validating properly (no Privacy Badger, etc.).

My Emby Key Says it is Invalid or Missing

Will have to search but there are topics where if you browser cache is cleared, you will see the Premiere button and disappears when you log in.  No browser cache always equals Premiere button.

Thank you for explanation. Yes I'm using private mode in my browser so no cache .

This isn't an issue with needing to sign in to remove it. If you see it in your browser, refresh the page and it disappears, for me at least.

Do you have the Privacy Badger (or similar... Ghostery, etc.) browser extension? Whitelisting the emby server in the extension fixed this issue for me.

Hi

Thanks for all replies. Looks like this is referred to cache in browser.

Still believe that if server is registered with premiere account this message should be disabled by default.

I already got concerned users who have thinking they need buy premiere for them self which is not necessary when server is registered.

I always have a "Get Emby Premiere" banner on top of my server webpage even though I have a registered key.  I tried revoking key, and re-entering it, disabling all adblockers / popup blockers, etc.  Cache is not empty.  I cannot figure out how to get rid of this message.5e1d3d7b038a1_Untitled.png

Can you open the browser debug console, then refresh the page, then supply the debug console contents? Thanks.

Your screenshot is showing there are 2 errors (the red x) can you post/show them.

Ok, looking at the errors, it looks like that site is being blocked by my work proxy.  It looks like the message doesn't show up on another network.  Thanks for the help guys.
