Wifi problems after Shield Experience 8.0 Update

Having issues using UniFi AP. I have the long range version. Can’t / don’t really want to disable 2.4 as other devices need it.

I had a awful time with 8.0, my LG OLED TV started loosing signal over hdmi, no fix for it also, nvidia is aware, it also happens on Samsung tvs, also had some other minor issues, but got sick of it and flashed old 7.2.3 firmware and got back and now all working fine :-). After successfully getting back i killed the 8.0 update nag and now no issues whatsoever and no more update to 8.0 crap.

The list of new items resolved in the third HotFix (32.5.205.63):

 

- Wifi throughput issues causing 4k streaming, etc issues

- Some controllers joysticks

...

The new update solved the issue for me.
