How to cancel Premiere account w/o a working server?

I have (had) an Emby server that has died and I wish to cancel my recurring billing on my credit card for Emby Premier.

 

Of course, I can't manage the account on the server (it's dead) and when I try to use my Android app it gives me two options.  One is to connect to the server (which doesn't help) or log in to Emby Connect.

 

Logging in to Emby Connect doesn't do anything.  I log in, it accepts my username and password, and then takes me back to the screen asking if I want to connect to a server or Emby Connect.

 

The charge is direct to my card and not through Paypal.

 

Can anyone help?
