Missing option to "Remove from collection"

Using the web browser interface, in an existing collection, I click the checkbox for a media item then click the three-dots menu.  No option is presented to "Remove from collection".  There is a delete option, which warns that it will delete the media and then does in fact delete the media from my system as advertised.

 

Using the Android app, I do see the "Remove from collection" option after a long press on the item in the collection, and selecting that option behaves as expected.

The remove option is there for me in chrome on .40
