Completely unrelated "next up" keep showing up

This has been happening for a while now.  

 

Currently:  

 

Server 4.1.1.0

Chrome 75

 

Symptom:

 

Whenever I watch a TV program, a totally unrelated TV program (usually same season, next episode number as the one I am watching) shows up in addition to the next episode of the current show.  

 

here are some examples:

 

I watch SG1 S07E08, and S07E09 shows up twice 

I watch Top Gear Stig blah blah, World at War 03 shows up

I watch Breaking Bad S01E01, World at War 05 shows up twice

I know The World at War has a screwy season/episode structure as it didn't correctly pull the metadata, but it's usually recommending shows that do have a correct and valid S/E structure so I don't think that's related.

There are several topics on this but it is resolved in the next release 4.2 and/or the current beta release.
