How long to get Emby Premiere key?

I purchased an Emby Premiere key (using a card) four hours ago but haven't received the key in e-mail. I tried using the recover feature in the web management but it says, "no supporter found". How long does it typically take to receive a key?

I've got the same question only it's been about 20 hrs since I purchased Emby premiere through the paypal method. I don't know if that's any different but I really didn't expect it to take this long.
