Subtitle not showing in Apple Tv 4K

Hi! I have an Apple TV 4k with tvOs 12.3 and Emby Server 4.1.1.0 in a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with OSMC. I have the media in .strm files and a .srt file in the same folder. When i play the movie in the web app or in iOS i can see the subtitles but they arent showing in the Apple TV. I can select the subtitle in the menu but not appears.

 

I have searched in the forum but i cant find any solution to the problem. I have tried several solutions provided by other users without luck.

Yes, of course. I can confirm that if i have a mp4 the subtitles are shown but not if the file is a strm.

This seems to be a Emby Server issue, because in latest beta server 4.2.0.5, when STRM is played in stable AND beta Emby Apple TV app, all subtitles types, incl. SRT, show with STRM files.

In for example beta server 4.2.01, only SRT subtitles don't show with STRM, in stable AND beta Emby Apple TV app.

Yes, i installed 4.2.0.5 version and subtitles are working
