RadioTunes and RockRadio plugin

Would it be possible to have a plugin for RadioTunes and RockRadio created? I use Kodi and Plex and both have a plugin/addon that allows you to use your paid subscription for RadioTunes to access the stations. I'd love to be able to add RadioTunes and RockRadio to my Emby server.
