Accessing Emby server on Rogers

Has anyone experienced issues getting access to their Emby server on Rogers Internet (Canada)?

Helping a friend who originally had dual routers (Rogers, then an Asus), he resolved this, and is now only using the Rogers white box modem/router, the ports are opened on the Rogers box, but it's still blocked.

 

Emby works fine inside his house, but he has no remote access.

 

Port testing from outside also shows it as blocked.

Hi, do they allow you to setup port forwarding?

Problem solved, apparently the forwarding didn't work until they rebooted the modem/router.  He's now able to view Emby remotely.
