Certain videos stuck loading, crashes ffmpeg?

Hello,

 

When i run certain videos in the web app, my monitors flicker for a few seconds and then comes back, and the video is stuck on the loading screen. For some of these files, running in Emby Theater works fine without problems. I checked the task manager after this happens and it seems like another ffmpeg instance is created every time this happens, so I'm thinking it might have something to do with that. 

 

Any ideas?

 

Edit: I'm using Chrome, but also had the problem on FireFox as well.

Hi, can you try installing the latest video drivers for your hardware, and then rebooting your machine? Please see if that helps. Thanks.
