Can I use my own folder .JPG art for album covers and artist pictures?

Hi all.
I know that I'm probably missing something really simple here, but is it possible to use my own .jpg for the album art of my music?
I using XLD for separating my FLAC tracks and then Squeed to tag them.
Yet the chosen art work sometimes shows a CD case/ or a low res scan submitted by a user on Discogs instead of the full blown album cover which I already have.
Also, one more question if I may, how would I go about including my own art for artists as well? As a lot of them are missing.

Thank you in advance.

Hi, you can easily do this with folder.jpg in your album folder.

Artists are a little trickier and you'll have to use the web interface.

Hi Luke

What is it that I need to do in order for it to use the folder .jpg? :D

Is there a box somewhere I need to check?

Sorry for being a bit "doy" on the matter

Right there's nothing you need to do other than place the image in the folder and run a library scan.
