Nvidia shield, rewind, fast forward starts over

There is no way to fast forward or rewind on the Nvidia shield with a 4k movie, it just starts over regardless of what you try. Watching avengers infinity war, tried to rewind and it started over, tried to go back and no matter what I did it just started over.
