staywoke 0 Posted April 4, 2019 Posted April 4, 2019 I bought emby. It did NOT work for me. I emailed to cancel per the instructions. I thought it was done. Apparently not. I got charged again. I sent another email to cancel. Then I see that your email address is messed up (I emailed you from outlook).Refund all of my money immediately. I am sick and tired of this kind of crap. People have been making off with LOTS of money from me in similar ways and it STOPS NOW. I live paycheck to paycheck. There has been more than one occasion when some jackass took my money and it overdrafts my account making it where I can't even put gas in my truck to pick up my kids on time. Or buy food. This is taking away valuable time from me right now having to go through all of this crap. REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY. QUIT CHARGING MY CARD. FIX YOUR DAMN REFUND SYSTEM! If not I will take ALL email evidence and request a chargeback. SO SICK OF THIS CRAP!!!!!!!!!!

My issue is with the people running this service. My original email was very polite but nobody listens when I ask to cancel and they're still not listening!!!! So now I will do my thing and go let the entire internet know what happens when you subscribe and this afternoon I will go to my bank with all evidence and dispute all charges. Now because of their shitty cancellation procedure and shitty customer service they will probably lose a lot of business because I'm sharing this experience all over the web. I guess thats what happens when your subscription service is a little bit crooked and your customer service is shit!

The email address DOES NOT WORK. At least not from my outlook account. And the phone number does nothing it says to email or forum or whatever. Neither work. So about asking politely? Getting respect? You can suck my fucking balls.

The typo was in the receipt that is sent by our direct card processing provider and has been corrected. I haven't found an error in any of the other communications/links. Please let me know if you do.

I had to go here to try and find it! , I can't login to my dashboard wherever that is, I have not connected any servers because I don't want the service, After watching a Youtube video on this, I thought I'd try the free service to see if I liked it. I didn't even put in any credit card information? But there was a charge to my credit card? What the hell is that?? Any company that is above board would make it easy to contact them. Why do I have to search Google to find a place like this to cancel?
