Watched Movies are still showing in Latest Movies list

In the past, when I watched a new movie, it would disappear from my Latest Movies listing.  Now they are sticking around and just showing as watched.   I'm not sure if this is a by design, but I preferred the older functionality and was wondering if there was a way to restore that functionality through a system setting I have yet to find.  Server version 4.0.2.0.

Check your user preferences.  User icon-Home Screen-Hide watched content from latest media

Ah ha!  I knew it had to be a setting I hadn't found!
