For everyone else the setting is in Dashboard-Settings "Launch the Emby web app in my web browser when Emby Server starts".

"Dashboard-Settings" AKA:

1. Gear Icon (Always visible in the top right corner of the web interface)
2. Settings (Under the "Server" group)
3. Checkbox "Launch the Emby web app in my web browser when Emby Server starts"
4. Save button

Hi, the option is currently only on macOS and Windows.

I'm using Windows and it's not visible to me, neither in web client nor desktop client.  Does it only show if you connect on localhost?

It’s not visible if you’re running as a service.
