Emby transcode really show after reinstall

I had to reinstall Windows and thus reinstall emby. After reinstalling and adding libraries and all that I began to sync to my phone, the transcode which used to use 100% of my gpu uses 5% max. What am I missing, how do I get it to work correctly again. I've got everything updated, latest drivers. 9900k and 1080ti.

Ah figured it out. In the dashboard, downloads, setting, enable full speed conversion, restart server. In case any one else runs into this.
