New additions to folder no longer appearing

I have a folder that I call "One Offs" where I put single episodes of TV series that I missed. After I watch then I typically delete them. For the past couple of days when I add a new file to the "One Offs" folder in windows, it does not appear in the corresponding folder in emby. If I do a search in emby I find the video, but it is not in the folder.

Hi there, what content type did you setup this library with?

TV Shows - the thing is, it worked fine before. I haven't changed anything expect upgrading to the latest version - 4.0.1.0

Even still, if it is not following our TV naming guide, then I would suggest using the home videos content type. Thanks.
