cyrenbyren 12 Posted January 26, 2019 Posted January 26, 2019 (edited) first time i experienced this. when trying to play polar there is no option to seek in the movie at all. and it doesn't show the play time of the movie. always starts from the beginning. this is only on the android tv app (using nvidia shield) however. if i play from the web app it works fine. pausing/resuming works fine. Solution ebr 16184 Posted January 27, 2019 Solution Posted January 27, 2019 If it doesn't show the runtime, that would indicate it wasn't probed properly. Can you try refreshing the item?
cyrenbyren 12 Posted January 27, 2019 Author Posted January 27, 2019 (edited) yep, there we go. i think what must have happened is the movie was being probed and meanwhile, the file itself was replaced by another version. i have it on automatic, so i might not just have noticed the crazy timing. it works fine now when i refreshed it.
