Holy shit... I think I just found the solution.....

 

 

I added this line to my nsmb.conf file for my shared information and it did work. 

 

charsets=UTF-8:ISO-8859-1

 

Now, when I go to the directory and tap LS, I get my "é" instead of "?"

So, thanks you all, this post can be close.
