Playback Issues with M3U Source

I've had little to no success with playing back M3U sources. Most of the time I get a loading wheel that eventually prompts a "unable to tune to this channel" pop-up or it'll eventually bring up the video player with its own loading wheel but in either scenario, it doesn't playback any video.

Yea the errors in the ffmpeg log suggest a potential problem with the source. Does your iptv provider allow you to configure the video output format?
