Auto-Organize Question for Emby 4.0

Hey all!  Now that the server has upgraded to 4.0, I'm seeing an interesting behavior with auto-organize.  Since auto-organize can't be tied to the recording folder, I have a small batch file that runs to move all the shows at the end of DVR'ing to a neutral non-library folder that auto-organize monitors.  Before 4.0, it would move all of the recorded shows off to my tv shows library where the long-term series reside.  Now it is relocating them back into the live tv recording folder.  Is this intended behavior?  Is there anyway to revert it back to original behavior?  It also seems to be causing tv shows to appear twice in auto-organize when attempting to move series.

Hi, this isn't new, it's because a series folder gets created in the recording library, and then auto-organize ends up using this series folder.

 

We will expand our dvr settings in the future to allow you to record to other tv libraries. Thanks.
