Album art only fetched while 'updating metadata?'

Is it the expected behavior, or something I have configured wrong, where album art is fetched only if I manually use the 'update metadata' function?

 

When music is imported during scheduled scans, or 'folder monitoring,' album art is never grabbed.

Sorry, yes. This only affects music.

 

Albums are scraped correctly against Last.fm, but Album art is not fetched until I manually use the 'refresh metadata' tool, to search for missing metadata for my entire Music Library.

 

When the 'refresh metadata' scan is run, the album art is fetched correctly.

 

Cover art for Movies and Television both work as expected, and are fetched immediately upon import.
