Scan library error

Using version 3.5.3.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 when I try to scan all libraries in web client the progress bar appears for a fraction of a second then disappears. When I select an individual library to scan it redirects to a black page and the scan never completes.

/var/lib/emby-server

to

/var/lib/emby
