Dan33702 0 Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 I tried accessing it last night with the Samsung Smart TV app and was wondering why it was taking so long to load. Looked on the phone app as well as on the website and discovered the folder was empty. I have since deleted the media folder and attempted to add it back, but nothing seems to be happening. I'm new here and have read that log files might help, but I'm not sure where those can be found. Here are screenshots of what my media folder looks like as well as the file structure of said media.
Luke 42081 Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 Hi there, please attach the emby server log. You can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/790-how-to-report-a-problem/?view=getnewpost Thanks.
Dan33702 0 Posted November 16, 2018 Author Posted November 16, 2018 Log file as requested. embylog.txt
atomicmoon 152 Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 My library "disappeared" on me twice this month as well. I can't add a log, but wanted to chime in. I rescanned them and they populated again, and with Trakt I'm not out anything, but definitely was bizarre!
Dan33702 0 Posted November 17, 2018 Author Posted November 17, 2018 Was my log file helpful in any way?
Luke 42081 Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 Can you show screenshots of Emby library setup? thanks.
Dan33702 0 Posted November 17, 2018 Author Posted November 17, 2018 Is that different from the first 2 images in my original post?
Luke 42081 Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 Yes, I'd like to see the setup in the server dashboard. Thanks !
Dan33702 0 Posted November 17, 2018 Author Posted November 17, 2018 I hope this is what you're looking for.
Solution Luke 42081 Posted November 17, 2018 Solution Posted November 17, 2018 Ok, you can't have one library pointing to D:\, and another pointing to D:\Tv Shows Try removing the music library and then run a library scan. Thanks. 1
