Download missing subtitles vs Edit Subtitles

I've noticed that if I run  Download missing subtitles scheduled tasks - I get no subtitles downloaded.

 

However, when I use Edit Subtitles option on individual videos it works fine.

 

Why there is a difference in behavior ?

Because edit shows all available subtitles but the automatic download applies the restrictions you configured in your download settings.

I guess "Only download subtitles that are a perfect match for my video files" option was my issue.
