TimmetieT 0 Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 Heya, Lets say I have a movie downloaded and it either has its own .srt or I have downloaded one. How do I get emby to use it? It's in the same folder but there doesn't seem an option to browse for it. Is there a naming scheme I can use to get it to detect it?
Solution Luke 42080 Posted September 7, 2018 Solution Posted September 7, 2018 Hi, yes you can already do this. Have you checked out our subtitle naming guide? https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Subtitles Please let us know if this helps. Thanks ! 1
TimmetieT 0 Posted September 7, 2018 Author Posted September 7, 2018 Ah.. Well sorry I didn't find that. Thanks That said it does lead me to another problem. Is the name of the movie the folder? Or the name of the movie file. As I've named it exactly as the file without success.
Luke 42080 Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 The name of the file. Why do you feel that it was without success? Can you go over an example? Thanks.
TimmetieT 0 Posted September 7, 2018 Author Posted September 7, 2018 No it works, mustn't have been careful. Thanks, sorry this was mostly me being an idiot but I truly appreciate the support, you've got a new paying member
