Question about my server timezone

Relating to live tv.- i Just got a new computer for a stronger server than my other one.  I downloaded it and everything was working fine then it got stuck on 2hrs-on fire stick where log on user says "in 2hrs" instead of 0 min. But my previous server is working fine. My current one's guide is all messed up showing the schedule 3hours ahead on the computer guide and the guide on the tv firestick is correct until you play a channel then the info bar that comes up says the wrong program (3hours ahead). And thirdly, it won't record on the computer or tv. It says it set to record then no red dot appears like it supposed to. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the server multiple times with no luck. I uninstalled/reinstalled the server on my previous computer and it still works fine.  I'm thinking its my hdhomerun connect that is failing. because around the time it started acting crazy is the same time it started saying no tuners were available when i knew there were. I'd have to unplug and plug it back it to get it to recognize no tuners were being used. It did that a few times. And its a refurbished hdhomerun box, so..   But I don't know. This is extremely frustrating.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Eureka! I figured it out! Twas my time on my computer. It was set incorrectly and emby read it that way and therefore threw the guide off.
