Unable to Scroll Pages under "Manage Server" using Web Dashboard

I am unable to scroll the main pages when I go to "Manage Server". The scrolling feature moves the menu of the left of the screen fine (Dashboard, Settings.......Scheduled Tasks, Metadata Manager, Auto Organize).

 

But when I am on the right side of the screen, no scrolling action occurs. It is locked or something and there is text and functions I am unable to access.

 

If I zoom out within the browser, the missing data will appear and I can interact with any functions that were missing, but only at a very zoomed out state (small text).

 

Any ideas what would cause this? 

 

Synology Server up to date with version 3.5.2.0-1

Chrome OS Version 69.0.3497.21 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

It's an issue in beta chrome and onwards. It is resolved for the next release. Thanks.
