Slow Movie scan

Can anyone tell me why my movie scan takes a really long time, please?

 

TV Shows or Music takes less than a minute. A movie scan takes 3-4 hours.

 

My movie server died and when I brought it back to life I expected a slow scan but subsequent scans are still very slow.

 

I've attached the log. It was still at 92% when I took this log.

Initial scan started on one day and completed on the next day. I ran a 2nd scan which took multiple hours.

 

In the attached log I started a 3rd scan earlier this morning. It's been at 92% for an hour.

Looks like it is scanning fine.  But you have a lot of message errors, every minute or two.

I don't use it, but it maybe the Pushover Notification plugin.

I had loads of plugins that I had tried and didn't use so I removed them and Pushover and it seems fine now, thanks.

Try removing the kodi sync plugin, as well as shutting down instances of kodi.

Seeing as it's only Movies that is slow could this be it?

Possibly. That's because Omdb is rejecting a lot of requests. This is resolved for the next release, thanks.
