bozrdnag 75 Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 I have about 1700 movies and about 1 out of 15 are missing posters. I use my own custom posters for all my movies and they are usually PNG files. I have checked quite a few of the movies that are missing posters in Emby and the poster file is indeed present in the movie folder. I have also checked the file and they open in bothPhotoshop and Windows Photos app so they aren;t corrupted. They all also show on my Kodi boxes. I have tried going into the movie info for some of the affected movies and manually add the poster file and still nothing shows up. In fact looking at the log the moment I clickon "Upload" and it always shows the following error: 2018-06-15 12:34:19.106 Error ImageProcessor: Error encoding image *** Error Report *** Version: 3.4.1.0 Command line: /system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /config -ffmpeg /bin/ffmpeg -ffprobe /bin/ffprobe -restartexitcode 3 Operating system: Unix 4.14.40.0 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Processor count: 8 Program data path: /config Application directory: /system System.EntryPointNotFoundException: Unable to find an entry point named 'sk_bitmap_lock_pixels' in DLL 'libSkiaSharp'. at SkiaSharp.SkiaApi.sk_bitmap_lock_pixels(IntPtr at SkiaSharp.SKBitmap.Resize(SKBitmap dst, SKBitmap src, SKBitmapResizeMethod method) at Emby.Drawing.Skia.SkiaEncoder.EncodeImage(String inputPath, DateTime dateModified, String outputPath, Boolean autoOrient, Nullable`1 orientation, Int32 quality, ImageProcessingOptions options, ImageFormat selectedOutputFormat) at Emby.Drawing.ImageProcessor.<ProcessImage>d__29.MoveNext() System.EntryPointNotFoundException at SkiaSharp.SkiaApi.sk_bitmap_lock_pixels(IntPtr at SkiaSharp.SKBitmap.Resize(SKBitmap dst, SKBitmap src, SKBitmapResizeMethod method) at Emby.Drawing.Skia.SkiaEncoder.EncodeImage(String inputPath, DateTime dateModified, String outputPath, Boolean autoOrient, Nullable`1 orientation, Int32 quality, ImageProcessingOptions options, ImageFormat selectedOutputFormat) at Emby.Drawing.ImageProcessor.<ProcessImage>d__29.MoveNext() I can search for a poster through TheMovieDB and add it through Emby and that poster will show, but I would much rather use my own. My log is attached. embyserver.txt
Solution Luke 42085 Posted June 15, 2018 Solution Posted June 15, 2018 This is a problem with the current docker release. We'll be updating the container in the next day or so to address this. Thanks. 2
