Question about running at startup

I had to shut down my emby server and on reboot emby would not start (got the infamous err....connection refused).  I tracked down the embyserver.exe and clicked on it and after a couple of seconds it started.

 

Couple of questions:

 

1. How is the server restarted after a reboot?

2. Should I look for something that is not configured corrected?

3. How do I prevent this in the future?

Well, I spoke too soon........tried to have one of my Kodi boxes view a movie.  It could not.  Reboot emby server now it says local host connection refused.

 

Please advise.

Hi, under Advanced did you enable the option to run at startup?

That was the issue.....don't know how I overlooked that option.

When attempting to access Emby either through Kodi or via web page, I would get an error.  I guess "refusing" was a poor choice of words....maybe I should have said "not running after reboot."  Anyway you resolved the issue and pointed out my oversight.
