Relocated Emby to another server. Now problem.

I relocated my Emby server to another linux box. Now, I used the same setup from the Emby backup but just changed TV and Movie folder paths. Following a new library scan, now, I see all the episodes and movies double in Kodi. One of the double entries is working, the other is not.

 

What is the best course of action to correct this? Thanks for the support.

Run a manual sync, it should remove what doesn't exist anymore.
