Scheduling Emby Updates for Particular time periods

Can Emby be configured to update and scheduled all task that require WAN service's within a user selected period of time during the day and also the week?

 

I am on a limited service and get a free bonus of network usage during off peak times.

You can set when tasks run under the scheduled tasks portion of the admin page.  irt updates, you can set it to not auto update and just script your own update schedule.
