I have limited tuners. Can I disable a user from using a tuner while allowing them to play recorded and currently recorded Live TV

I'm using the TVHeadend plugin. Even better would be setting tuner priorities for each user.

 

And while I'm at it. Can I seek currently recorded videos?

 

I'm running a Plex and Emby media server. I'm keen to shift my users onto Emby and I thought Live TV access would entice them to switch over :)

Yes you can seek recordings, but we don't have settings to tie users to tuners right now. it's possible for the future.
