I used to be able to play all or play random from the favorites lists, I now get a message that says

CANNOT PLAY

Item is not playable at this time.

                                   OK

_________________________

 

 

I can still play unwatched.

 

issue occurs with all user's favorite lists and media types

 

mbc log attached.
