I use Torguard. You just open a port through them, choose what encryption you want, configure the client, run the client on the server, and you're done. The server is behind their proxy, their encryption and anonymous.

I use Torguard

On Windows?

Yup! I had a small config issue, but it looks like it's taken care of. It works, well. When using the Android app on my phone, the pages load faster, now.

Is that in the .ovpn file you did it?

I had to add an entry to the VPN server config file I connect to, so that my weather station could update my site.

I haven't done it the other way round though, incoming.

There are no files. When you forward a port in their proxy, you choose what encryption you want. Then when configuring the client, it has to match it. You want me to post the 'how to' ?
