Is there truly no way to select my Hauppage tuner for live TV?  Emby doesn't see it.

Do I have to download something?

I'm using my Hauppauge dual tuner with Win-TV, but Emby doesn't see it.

It requires the beta server, so you may need to wait for the next stable release, thanks.

Thanks, Luke. Hurry up!

Luke, this is exciting now that the new Emby server supports Hauppauge.  Just to be sure, does this include the Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD TV Tuner?  I occasionally travel and if supported, will get so I can do some recording while on the road (yeah a TV junkie).  Much easier than having to take an Ethernet device with other equipment to make it work.

Yes it does, thanks.

I presume 2250 hauppauge card does not work?

I tried with 3.2.70, but it couldn't detect the card.

Still confused.

Is Hauppauge supported (can be "seen" by Emby) in server version 3.2.70.0 ?

If not, How are any of these users getting any of them (Hauppauge tuners) to work?

If the BETA version of the server is the answer, where are they getting it ?

Thanks, Luke. TODAY, just now, is the first time Emby recognized my Hauppage tuner.  Spooky.

Thanks for the feedback.

...but (and I'm sorry to report it)...I can't seem to load the TVGuide from Schedules Direct.  Live TV is the only thing that seems to be working.

Log attached.

What do you mean exactly? can you please describe your issue in more detail? thanks.

Sorry for the confusion.  This should explain it.

did you setup schedules direct by adding a guide provider and choosing a lineup?

if yes, did you check the mapping function to see how the channels are mapped? they may need to be mapped manually. thanks.

Yes. I'm having to map manually.  It's not very intuitive with regard to telling you if a channel is NOT Mapped...until, of course, you figure it out and THEN it's obvious.

Thanks again Luke.

Yes we are going to revamp our channel management in an upcoming release, thanks.
