Emby not starting with 3.2.60.0

Emby has been running great on my WHS 2011 machine until today when I tried to update the Emby server. I first attempted to update through the dashboard and then realized that was incorrect. I then used the installer from the website but it didn't seem to complete. I have now tried to uninstall and reinstall. The install log claims it has installed but it still will not start. I have also tried the stand alone version with the same result. I never get the server to start. Attached is the install log.

Is your WHS2011 server up to date with Windows updates?

 

I don't have any issues on my 2 WHS systems.

Would appear to follow the same rules as Windows 7..

* Supports Windows 7 SP1 or newer version of Windows. If running Windows 7 please make sure Windows Updates are fully up to date.
